Trying to remember that lad.

Is he the one who`s first job was to take out the oppos winger on to the running track based on the premise that legs full of cinders might slow them down a bit?

Damn I wish they'd do a retro of that top.

Micky Gray.
Thinking of Joe Bolton, does anyone remember if the story was true that at one point Arsenal were supposed to be interested in him and he said he wouldn't go there because there wouldn't be anywhere for him to exercise his whippets ?

Watson, Elliott and Clarke come to mind. Hurley was a bit before my time although I did see him play once or twice when I was a young kid..

If big Sam dusted off his boots and squeezed into an xxxxxl shirt we'd be safe as houses for the 3 minutes it would take for him to get a straight red for kicking someone 3ft in the air!

Thomas helmer German international who never played under reid, never got to see him, but play played stacks for Germany. Elliott, Bould and Danny rose. There will be at least SIX ! players though I could pick.

Wes Brown under Poyet in his first season, was a colossus. IIRC.

He is probably the most naturally gifted defender I've seen play for you lot, he had a load of injuries then out of nowhere he come back and put in a fantastic season.

Or I could just be imagining things. He's slow and past it now, or rusty... maybe both, that's all that matters.
