No. I don't get what your point is.

I understand the song has the capacity to offend after making several leaps away from the song itself.

The point is about the criminalisation of the song. Which is bullshit.
 
Bore off rebs... you can connect roh to Celtic Football Club ...several leaps but people can't make the connection about its men killing themselves as members of the ira/inla from a song celebrating their actions in the name if republicanism...
