In a surprise move, the EFL have given the go-ahead for the Lads’ postponed Boxing Day fixture against Hull to be played at the SOL this coming Saturday evening and televised live on Sky Sports.

Sunderland AFC will host Hull City at the Stadium of Light on Saturday 9th January.
The fixture, which was originally scheduled to be played on Boxing Day, will take place at 7.45pm and be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Due to the game being televised, supporters will be unable to purchase individual match passes to stream the game via the club’s digital platforms.
However, season card holders that previously activated their unique code to view all games played behind closed doors will still be able to watch the action on safc.com.

This. Didn't expect it but fair play, we need to be as flexible as we can to get the fixtures played. Buzzing it's on sky atls well, so much better than the streams we normally have to endure
On sky sports football channel also Lincoln vs peterborough 12.30 , Ipswich vs swindon 5.30pm and our match 7.30 all Sat Jan 9th
