Didn't know where to post this but as the match day thread has discussed both Eaves and the next generation of fan I thoughtI'd put it here.

It was refreshing to hear and put a smile on my face when out walking the dog on Sunday past the local park and the last few kids just leaving from their football match and I heard one of the dads saying to a young lad (prob about 8 or 9) "well played today you're just like the Tom Eaves of Skirlaugh" the lad looked made up for such a comparison

New lad AS playing off Eaves with KLP back to wing back role for now.

Maybe, but would be an odd one .... rejecting a £12m pl bid then bench him!!!
I suspect AS will be on the bench, with Eaves and KLP starting up top, with AS coming on for Eaves or KLP.
But I'd go for KLP in wing back role with Eaves and AS starting. Exciting options with potentially KLP, AS, Longman in the side and a new Eaves up top.
Interesting to see what Shots does. Finally lots of good options.

Might Shota try 4231 this game? Then he can play Eaves/Forss, KLP, Allahyar and Honeyman while the 2 can be Doherty and Smallwood/Walsh
