That may be true - it is important to distinguish between "not many woman want to" and "women are not able to". I would like to live in an environment where no assumptions are made along the lines of the latter - be it about gender, nationality or anything else you might think of that can be used to discriminate.
Well it's definitely both but you cannot hide from what I said. If they are good enough obviously they should be referees, assistants, coaches, managers or whatever. I imagine if you took the amount of women looking for those jobs you'd have to times it by well over a thousand to get the figure for the number of men looking for those jobs ( I'm just guessing here with these numbers).
