the art nouveau buildings are absolutely beautiful, and the old town is one of the best in eastern europe and surprisingly its got quite a few neoclassical buildings all in all in, a beautiful place
She got put on a 'priority deportation' list after all the publicity, but apparently that still takes 7-10 days. Seems bonkers that they're paying to detain someone for weeks, just for making an innocent mistake and she wants to leave anyway.

I wouldn't do that...Go to station on the day you're travelling, and they'll probably honour your ticket and put you on another train, ie Doncaster than a London train. Assuming you're going to London. Check if the strike is for every day for 8 weeks. Might be odd days, but they do usually strike at weekends. DISCLAIMER....But do check before you travel ,come what may. Just to MAKE CERTAIN.
The UK has now issued a travel warning for the US: possible arrest or detention for failing to meet entry requirements. This now includes having ant-Trump messages on your phone or computer, which apparently now constitute terrorism. If I had a holiday booked to the US, I'd be cancelling it right about now.
I think they are successfully ****ing over any chance of overseas people travelling to World Cup 2026 in big numbers.
