It's this typically pathetic behaviour that makes people question Liverpool supporters. They do more harm than good, for their cause, in my opinion. They claim that this subject is 'sub-judice' to prevent it being discussed which is absolute nonsense trotted out by a bunch of amateur defence solicitors.
Whatever the facts of this case it would be the only FA Cup semi-final in the history of the game, where supporters didn't turn up drunk, late, rowdy or ticket less.
It's the insistence that, at this match, it didn't happen that weakens the argument.
On another point I have to say how annoying I find it when it's said that 'no one should go to a football match and not return home'.
Of course not but people die in all kinds of circumstances whether they leave home or not, it's a daily risk I'm afraid.
