Begs the question who actually picks the team. A chairman should have absolutely no ****ing input into who does or doesn't play. Irrespective of contract situation, we all know why players are leaving, it's the owners again allowing players to get into the situation of weeks and months remaining on existing deals before attempting to renegotiate new deals.
