Maybe Gunnersson said something to someone else and before moody could get his hands over his ears, or heard Gunnerssons statement on the grape vine. If Moody stumbled onto the line up , why wouldn' t he use it . Sent it to Freedman accidently and its all taken out of context. Its as possible as any other story seeing Gunnersson says he didnt do it.

Dear Cardiff,

I don't mean to bne incendiary, but iit really annopys me when clubs try to force a result by means other than the picth and footballing matters. If you don't like how it turns out in the ENGLISH PL, please go play in your own league. Rather like Sheffield United who tried to use the law courts to stay in teh Premier League but failed, only to fetch up in Div 3, I hope any team that tries to pull similar stunts goes the same way.

But you can come over to the swan board and provoke daiswan sparky , goose and gander.... the only difference between you and me is you do it protected as a mod ... shame,

Don't be so silly Breezy - nothing remotely similar to what we're talking about. Dai is an old (forum) friend of mine who we've had some fun with for many years, whereas you are just being a prat.

The fact that I'm a mod has absolutely nothing to do with it. No shame for me Breezy - I don't try to disrupt and provoke.

Like this is the first time this season the Club have made a laughing stock of themselves.

"A Bluebirds source says the club have NOT asked Premier League bosses to consider voiding the 3-0 defeat this month"

Yes - I think the general moaners and whingers, who seem to be enemies of the club rather than fans, have got a different agenda to the club's here. I don't care how bad we were against Palace on the day. The result is almost immaterial.
If Moody, possibly Pulis, and Palace in general are found guilty (and there seems to be some evidence) they should have the book thrown at them. Getting three points back does not appear to be on the club's agenda - and is very VERY unlikely. It's not about that. I don't think that our club is a laughing stock because of this, it's disgraceful if true - but the disgrace is Moody and Co's not ours: heads should roll, people should be punished, and not just the ones at CCFC who leaked this information. The FA should be involved in this, quite right - and well done to the club for acting in the way they have.

As long as its not at our expense, I got no probs with Cardiff staying up . You cant fart on these boards without being accused of something . Wont bother you lot anymore , good luck , with restrictions of course.

Are the first 3 letters your age? Even so I would have thought your spelling would have been better.

Here's a fact you can note in your home work book so you remember it.

It's the Barclays Premier League not the English Premier League. If you know how to use a search engine, use yours and check it out.

oh dear, resorting to becoming the spelling police? Didn't anyone tell you how much fail that is?
And it's commonly known as the EPL. The E, of course, does stand for England.

Glad to see most Cardiff fans see this as embarassing as it is, it seems a bit operation straw clutchy, A bit like us going to the CoA over Carroll and Chico's dive.

What I'd like to know most about this rule is, if it IS a rule why aren't people who whisper to the media kicked out of the game? Surely divulging contracts to the press contravenes it massively

Dear TenG

From what I can gather, and please do correct me if I am wrong, nobody associated with Cardiff City, and that includes the fans, players, officials and management, has disagreed with the fact that Crystal Palace deservedly won the football match and deservedly collected, and rightly kept, the 3 points on offer that day. If you can find a direct quote from anybody associated with the club that contradicts this statement, please do point me in its direction.

What we have an issue with, is the fact that a member or members of one or both clubs knowingly and blatantly broke the rules of the premier league in being involved with what quite simply amounts to cheating. We ask that those involved be punished to the fullest extent of the law to uphold the integrity of the league. And yes, if 'those involved' turn out to include the management of Crystal Palace, then they too should be punished to the most full extent also.

That it has been manipulated in the press to suggest that, as a club, Cardiff City are unwilling to accept the result as it rightly stood, is more a reflection on the press than it is on the club...

You're really having your own little conversation with yourself there huh

Suarez has had a few - actually how many people in football haven't cheated at some point?

Hardly the point though is it? To use the fact that others have "cheated" in the past as an excuse for the present is ridiculous. If you're saying that previous cheating has been deliberately allowed to happen by the powers that be with out sanction, it calls their integrity into question.

It's all a matter of absolute proof. The Premier league/FA must act upon concrete evidence, or it'll set a precedent for those who want to indulge in similar "cheating" the future. They either investigate and act upon the evidence, or lose all face as governing bodies in the sport.

The Nigels won fair and square.

Lets face it even if we were awarded the points theyd stay up and wed be still relegated.

We should have appointed Pulis and wed be staying up.

The running of the club is a complete shambles and the main reason why we are getting relegated.

Nobody knows anything but that doesnt stop people from dragging Moodie's name through the mud , if Moodie turns out to be uninvolved, I hope he sues Cardiffs arse...

Mad Eye is definitely involved - he accidentally (twit) sent a text message of our team to Dougie Freedman (Freedman is a friend of Ole's), so it is no good trying to say he is innocent. The club have clear proof against him. Do you think they would submit a five page complaint on the basis of gossip? Really?
