why shouldn't we report it? it seems to be a clear breach of the leagues rules, and although managers and players engage in immoral conduct that goes against the rules, mostly going undetected, it should go on record that palace do this sort of stuff……..

like reporting your phone being nicked to police, i doubt much will come of it, but its worth a shot.

Not sure if you can take this at face value but on Twitter.

    Olly Olatunji ‏@OllyOlatunji

it was on The BBC, Freedman got a txt msg from Palace by mistake, and passed it onto Cardiff

That you end this with "man up" after coming on here with childish remarks is possibly the most ironic thing I've seen written on a forum.

Breezy - stop trying to provoke over here pal. You know nothing about the matter which is actually just marginally less than we do.

Slob - I've deleted one of your childish posts before, but I'll leave this one up for a moment for others to gauge your mental age.

I see nothing wrong with Cardiff making a complaint but asking for the game not to stand is ridiculous imo.

Nobody knows anything but that doesnt stop people from dragging Moodie's name through the mud , if Moodie turns out to be uninvolved, I hope he sues Cardiffs arse...

I never thought 'lol' would be the only appropriate response to a comment before. Well done sir on proving me wrong.

    Just as a side note.

The vast majority of posters in this topic don't really have an issue with Crystal Palace the club. We are more concerned with what amounts to serious professional misconduct on the part of the individuals involved, and would like to know that those individuals will be receiving serious sanctions proportionate to the severity of their actions.

Most of the topic points you have referred to have been genuine points for discussion over the last few weeks/months as they are relevent topics in the world of Cardiff City (you are aware you are on a cardiff board arent you?)

    Never mind

    PS Boo hoo....

in hindsight its obvious this sort of thing goes on all the time, moody's only mistake was to send it to freedman, what a berk.

we have seen that the PL doesn't always adhere to rules that are apparently set in stone as shown in the sunderland ineligible player episode…

i think here's section b17 of the rules:

    can't find the penalty…….

It is strange though, (and there is no disputing that palace have improved no end since Pulis took over ?), that it happened to be a game where most were complaining of the tactics and starting 11 that Ole choose(eventually) and some were saying it was the worst we have been for a long time,

You can't have it both ways really, could it be that Ole was so outplayed because of passed on information, or simply Pulis is that good, he has done well at Palace hasn't he???

The more I think about it, the more I think that, given the very concrete sounding evidence city have, that they have every right not only to complain, but to insist that cp are properly punished. It may go on 'all the time' ut he's been caught, and given that it's against the rules, there should be a punishment. For me a replay would suffice, although that could be very embarrassing.

I don't think there can be any doubt that to take it this far, CCFC would have had to possess pretty concrete stuff to put forward to the Prem.

As for the nature of the penalties if found guilty, I would assume that it would be confined to the minor individuals involved UNLESS there was collusion at a more senior level.

If Pulis and Moody were party to the whole thing and sought to gain a playing advantage as a result, the club as a whole could suffer.
