The independent panel said the club needed to submit a new application, so unless the letter of intent is a new application the FA don't have to consider it. Simple.
If I watch a TV show, forget about it, and then watch it again, does that mean I've only watched it once?
AGAIN, the Independent Tribunal declared the original application void. Go and look up what VOID means.
**** off Stov, the FA refused to reconsider the original application, so he's just announced his intention to submit a new one.
That may be nothing more than the original one with the dates changed, or it may be a completely new one, we don't know yet.
Either way, a new application is being filed for the 2015/16 season.
So AGAIN, the original application has been declared void, so Assem Allam is not going back on his word.
The application was declared VOID, which part of that can you not get through your thick skull?

The application was declared VOID, which part of that can you not get through your thick skull?
The application was declared VOID
The application was declared VOID, which part of that can you not get through your thick skull?
The original application wasn't declared void. The decision on the application was declared void. The application was left on the table and the panel said a new application was required. Assem Allam said no new application would be made. The panel said a new application for next season was required. The club have now put in a new application. Its very simple.
Hmm...
"@BBCPaulMurphy: Confirms [HASHTAG]#HCAFC[/HASHTAG] name-change application to FA stands ‘as is’ and will not be modified to reflect FA criticism of it. Club remains for sale."

Semantics. The point is that an independent body, empowered by both sides, declared the the process, begun last year with an application, as void. The process is the (rather confused) belonging of the FA. If you want to criticise the process, feel free, but that has nothing to do with Assem Allam.
