Yes.
Then you've seriously misinterpreted the outcome.
Yes.
Hmm...
"@BBCPaulMurphy: Confirms [HASHTAG]#HCAFC[/HASHTAG] name-change application to FA stands ‘as is’ and will not be modified to reflect FA criticism of it. Club remains for sale."
Semantics. The point is that an independent body, empowered by both sides, declared the the process, begun last year with an application, as void. The process is the (rather confused) belonging of the FA. If you want to criticise the process, feel free, but that has nothing to do with Assem Allam.
The DECISION was deemed void, not the application.
Which part of that can you not get through your thick skull?
If you think anyone at the FA is happy that this situation is continuing then you're a fool....................Oh wait a minute.
Semantics.
Strov, you have as much credibility as John, Walkington. So AGAIN, the original application has been declared void, so Assem Allam is not going back on his word.
Hmm...

AGAIN, semantics, whether you call it The Application Process, The Decision or The Application, the fact remains that Assem Allam is not going back on his word because the original process was declared void.

It didn't declare the process void. It said the application was considered properly and the process was fair except in one respect, Malcolm Clark's failure to declare an interest in the Membership Committee meeting cast doubt on the decision. As a result the decision of the FA was suspect and void. That left a decision to be made on the application, the panel decided it wouldn't be right for the FA to consider the application this late in the season so it lay on the table. The panel said Hull City could put in a new application for next season. Not semantics at all, unless you said there would be no new application and changed your mind.
Allam really is an old fool. Who was it who said that repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is a sign of madness?
If you think anyone at all is happy with this situation continuing, then you're a cretin.
Our Chairman wants looking up, the mental old bastard.

So if the decision on last years application is declared void where does that leave last years application as far as a decision is concerned right now?
It leaves the club having to submit a new application because that was the decision of the panel, unanimously including the person picked by AASo if the decision on last years application is declared void where does that leave last years application as far as a decision is concerned right now?
Yes.
Go and re-read the FA statement and try and understand it this time.So if the decision on last years application is declared void where does that leave last years application as far as a decision is concerned right now?
I'm not the cretin who posted a random picture of a group of men laughing.
