If enough people start believing it as gospel then it becomes received wisdom. Look at Charlie Austin - how has he not even been anywhere near a transfer after setting alight the Prem last season? Its because everyone thinks he is fooked. Not getting a move on the basis of received wisdom has probably cost him a million quid and the same couldve happened to Snodgrass if everyone had swallowed White's guff.

Austin's carear is ruined?

That's bollocks

QPR turned down a £12m bid from Leicester, they thought they'd got more but didn't, the only reason he's still these is because QPR were overly optimistic.

Nice of you to be thinking about his financial interests. You should be his marketing man.

Snodgrass has been appearing on a football pitch for the best part of a month (or is it longer? I cant be bothered to check when he first set foot out for the U21s). And it is massively, massively irresponsible for a local sports journalist to tweet something about players physical condition without checking with the club. This is somebody's livelihood we were talking about.

Phil Buckingham or Richard Sutcliffe would never have done that without first contacting the club. Simple as.

Spin it around, what would White's reaction be if Snograss tweeted about him being missing from the broadcasts these past few weeks and speculating that he had some kind of hidden medical condition that will stop him working for the foreseeable future?
It pains me to agree with Bummers but he's spot on here.
