QUOTE="Champions of England, post: 1029447, member: 1004410"]Wasn't that the ZDS and we lost 2-0? My last visit there was last season, in fact it as the last away game before I moved to Oz, can't remember what the score was though [/QUOTE] When you say seen, don't you mean watched on TV
So prevencial Leicester have plans to extend in three stages. As long as they get planning permission??
Leicester will be moving to a state of the art training complex, years after others have theirs established. It will have a 9 hole golf course so I can only see that helping player development and Leicester being a top six club
Phew. Leicester have managed the avoid the signing club of Keane after chasing him all last summer. Luckily they got a lesser player in Maguire. Good move as they plan for the championship.....or division two for those who have watched football since the age of four http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40447200
We don't think he's worth it otherwise we would have gone back in for him, simple as that. He's not worth double the amount of someone who outperformed him and no matter what you say or think, he 100% did. So yeah he's a good defender but he ain't worth £25m, you're getting mugged off because Burnley aren't keen to sell so you're paying an inflated fee because of that. We just see better value in the player that performed better. Accept it and move on.
So you witness Leicester winning the league....once. And missing out on Keane. It's been a good year for you, if only Koeman knew what you do.
Zero reason why not because if we're successful, which is of course the plan, then we have a fooking massive catchment area, the county alone has 650k, of which 250k turned up to line the streets when we won the league! Also no PL team from say Oxford in the south across to Peterborough and Cambridge up to Lincoln and even Warwickshire so that's a lot of potential fans without a club to support and people glory support successful teams so no reason whatsoever why they won't start supporting us. Leicester are not the club they used to be, you're just stuck in the past with your heads buried in the sand.
Let's hope that they don't suffer empty stands when money is tight and games are in TV. Will you get over to watch them? You big plassie
We didn't miss out on Keane, we didn't want him! I've had a decent year actually, being PL champions and playing in the CL, knocking out the winners of the EL for the last three years and only losing an aggregate tie to one of the best teams in the world because of a penalty that never was, then winning six in the bounce and proving that we're just as good as we were when we won the league and I'm feeling good about it all. Very happy with Shakey and looking forward to finishing above you next season.
I'm moving back in 9 years when my kids are old enough so yeah ill be going and taking them down with me.
Stop saying that, other clubs might read it and think it's a good idea so give it a go. All that competition your loose tongue could be creating
So you haven't seen Leicester win the league....just on TV. And you dint want to talk about attendance of away fans.
But that growth would indicate that you will win something every few years to keep the growth. Something tells me that won't happen.
