The only ones I drink are.

And when you're only allowed one a week, you need to make sure it's a good one. :emoticon-0106-cryin

Many Belgian beers are better than bitter. As are many German ones. Though, of course, that is my personal preference. I always drank bitter when younger but as I have got older my tastes have changed. Tend to drink cider, decent ones not the standard pub ones, nowadays.

Think I had too much cider at uni and in my early 20s. started to prefer general refreshing pilsner types now. I used to try and find crafted, artisan made beers and ciders now I'm happy with Coors Light, or even those stubbies you get from supermarket where it's about 2 quid for 12.

Coors Light is too light for me.<laugh> Unfortunately the ciders I have come across and enjoyed most in Somerset, Devon and Dorset aren't sold on draught in pubs up here, where it is normally the usual crap like Strongbow etc.

Yes, I normally get Cornish Rattler and Weston's Vintage when in Morrison's. Had one called Mortimer's Orchard, they are owned by Weston's, in Wales which I would happily drink if they ever sold it in any pubs round my way. Love it in Somerset, Devon, Dorset where you can get 7 or 8 different draught ciders in some pubs.
