It appears the hack plank-ton are trying to get a
'son of Walker' story going, where the DOF has
allegedly pulled a strop about not starting in the NLD.

Spurs scoring legend Jamie Carragher has said (via Google translate) that there has been no North London power shift as, given a choice between the two clubs, Arsenal would still be the go-to destination for any top star.

Has the mumbling dolt failed to pay attention for the past few seasons? We don't buy ready-made star players, we make them. That's why our fortunes have drastically improved in the past three seasons while the Nomads' have done the exact opposite - not least because Arsenal are a long way down on the list of clubs any top star would go to.

See if you can get the following into Google translate
(English to Carragher) ...

About 10 seasons ago, Wenger paid the transfer/wage
bill for the likes of Lacazette in order to try and WIN the PL.
Now he does the same thing in order to try and REGAIN
the PL 4th place Cup.

Carragher also fails to remember that, when Arsenal were actually competing in the title race, by and large they weren't buying ready-made stars as they were developing the likes of Vieira, Fabregas and RVP - but when Chelsea bought their way into the title picture the policy noticeably changed, at which point their player recruitment went from having a clear vision that obviously worked to a more scattershot approach that saw them acquire several players that didn't seem to fit the team for various reasons.

It sufficed, but only while there was a Sky 4.
2010 changed that, when Spurs getting good again
and the effects of the Citeh lottery win meant that
5-6 into 4 cannot go.

The ironic thing is that for all the crowing, would
Spurs qualifying for the CL in 2012/13 and the Goons
not have actually been better for the Goons in the
longer term than it finally happening in 2017 ??

Which is no doubt why Sanchez and Ozil want to stay there

The Independent on a Narrative smashing spree today

Mauricio Pochettino's decision to drop Danny Rose from north London derby left him 'fuming, but understanding'
The Tottenham defender was made to do a 'hard training session' instead of face Arsenal, but Rose admits there's been no falling out with his manager

Which is no doubt why Sanchez and Ozil want to stay there
...until June.

Chelsea Fan George Osborne's Evening Standard is still persisting with the Tottenham omission left Danny Rose 'fuming' Narrative in spite it being debunked two days ago by Danny Rose himself - and now Poch has decided to dump an additional layer of manure onto the non-story.

But clearly didn't offend you?

Isn't the line drawn at whether the horses would be startled?

Me? Barely turned a hair...........horses don't like homosexuality or lesbianism....or so the story goes.

I've never heard one express an opinion either way.......generally, they seem uninterested but are fairly easy to 'spook.' Many years ago Mrs B and I decided to 'enjoy the open air' on the South Downs. We picked a nice spot and nature was indeed taking its course, when a number of ladies on horseback passed by. Their elevated riding position made for an excellent view.

Fortunately, they maintained a very British silence on the whole proceedings, thereby retaining everyone's dignity.....almost, including the horses, so maybe there is something in it after all.
