Not a good move if indeed it was him.
I hate hearing about this sort of thing although in fairness I doubt it would affect Guly's play on sunday if he does play. Despite that, going out drinking in the middle of the week is highly unprofessional and sets a bad example to the youngsters and so I think Guly should be punished in a way that makes it clear this sort of behaviour isn't part of the southampton way
Maybe he was drinking as he has been told he is leaving or has no future at the club ?

So what, it still sets a bad example to the youngstersJesus, he's a grown man and it was almost a full week until the next match, hardly disgraceful behaviour. If anyone got punished for having a drink almost a week before the game it'd be far too over disciplinarian.
Guly commits a relatively minor offence? LYNCH HIM #saintsfanlogic
I've got no problem with him drinking several days before the game but it is disappointing what he has been arrested for.

It is a huge deal.****ing hell. Drink driving, he shouldn't have done that but it's not a huge deal.
yes****ing hell. Drink driving, he shouldn't have done that but it's not a huge deal. But going out for a drink six days before a match and you want him punished?!
