I was reading this article (think it might have been posted on here awhile ago) there is a video at the bottom with bits and pieces involving Pahars. http://totuf.com/2012/10/07/paharidise-lost-the-marian-pahars-story/ This is the shirt I liked as I said it is very dated now.
With so many saying they love the old Air Florida kit. Why don't they just buy that instead? Cheaper than the new one is likely to be. And on that subject, if the old football in the logo can't be used due to copyright then how are they allowed to use it on the Air Florida replica? http://ssl.saintsfc.co.uk/product/17200/0000-5985 please log in to view this image
That's all well and good, but it won't change the fact that the team are wearing a ****ty Adidas one.
I can just picture the aap3 logo replacing Air Florida [or Rank Xerox and Draper Tools for that matter]. Made by Patrick. Was there a classier looking kit..?
No I don't think there was In fact I'm convincing myself to pay £35 for the unbranded replica than the Adidas if it is anything like we are dreading and that will be 2 seasons in a row I haven't bought the kit
Am I the only one who really doesn't give a **** what colour we're wearing? Put 'em in all black home, all white away, done. Could not give a toss what it looks like, doesn't make the team any less my own than it was previously.
Ok, my son has just been looking through this with me (thank goodness the swear filter was working) and he has said it must be stripes, or at the least more white. The one with the good badge is too red and Makes us look like Liverpool, apparently. The voice of a 12 year old. I've now had to sit him down and ask him if he has been approached by a strange, curly haired man, with a strong resemblance to a young Elliott Gould offering to take him to his Chocolate Box!
It's for that very reason I don't let him. Imagine getting "burned" by your nipper. He's like a mini Statto and is always correcting me as it is, even on the old stuff.
I had no idea you could buy that shirt from the OS. That's much nicer than the Toffs retro shirts, and it's short sleeved. I'm buying it ASAP. The team can wear whatever horrible clobber they want
