It's been obvious from the lack of media since his return. I have felt like he's going for a while now. Would be nice if we could get the replacement in before losing the player for once though. Yoshida vs. Zlatan on Friday doesn't fill me with too much confidence!
Have to be honest, I'm a bit "piss off then and don't let the door hit your arse on the way out" about this one. Far more annoyed by this one than Vic or Mané. Captains. Not worth the writing on the armband.
If this happens, I will be the most disappointed I have been in anyone....and believe me I have been disappointed in life. People can tell me all they like about how good he has been for us, he deserves chance etc, but we deserve better as well. And I reserve the right to be furious (and hope his leg falls off).
In terms of the player I get that one - he's young and has the opportunity to become a global superstar. It's not about the money for us. Jose though is our captain, he has a responsibility. He can go to United and have a year where he earns, what, a million more than he would here, then sit on the bench. That's a huge amount to most people, but not a huge amount to a footballer. With the connection he has to this club, he should be the man leading us into Europe, not pissing off at the first sniff of a few extra quid. Very disappointing.

Il tell you what pisses me off about most of these sales . Its the fact that we are selling out best players to teams that we are supposedly rivals for the top part of the table.selling our best players every year or two will ensure we never become a top 6 side.thats a sobering and depressing thought
