You should actually check if you're getting the 15mb, it's actually "up to 15mb".


you nob head tash, every company does UP TO, no company can garantee, but virgin are known top give the closest to what you pay for than any other, ask ofcom. the rest are totaly **** as they use telephone exchange. virgin use cable for most people.

Tash surely this is the most obvious solution,why don't you pay for it yourself(sorry for calling you surely)but it is in your interest for jobseeking,porn,streaming footie etc.I know you are unemployed but you have told us on numerous occasions that you put a few bob away so money doesn't seem a issue or at least go halves or something,Just a thought <confused>
 
It's mainly because my dad paid for 10mb broadband, only to find out that it was "up to" 10mb, not actually 10mb, and the speed we were actually getting was only around 3.95mb.

Always the way. The offers are specifically DESIGNED to confuse and distort the truth. Sickening really.
