NB,.. there ARE road circuits in Sprint cup racing (nascar) also..
NASCAR has "roots" in "moonshine" running, and esentially started on the sandy beach near DAYTONA, Florida, when fast "tanker" cars were used to out run the feds....

I rarely make such absolute statements because to do so is a flirtation with predictive credibility. For that reason, all I can tell you is that it is my opinion, based on what I know of Raikkonen's whimsy. Of course, I might be wrong; he could luck into it, rather as he did with his astonishing World Drivers' Championship, where I was proven wrong.

To put it another way, "He'll never win a top class rally", is a statement of my belief; an opinion.
