Alex Neil is the fool. The more I hear about him the more I think he has manufactured this whole thinh. I am no Speakman apologist, but Neil has completely got this wrong. There is nothing weak about SAFC not playing Neil's games. Neil is the problem, top and bottom.

Indeed. Contract length exists purely to control how much compo is paid. Doesn’t give much extra job security
