Personally I've always got on with the Scots more than the Welsh, even when I was doing basic training, I always got on with the Northern English than the Southerners.
Just shows what a good judge of character you are shaks.

I'm sure there are notable exceptions just can't think of any at the moment :emoticon-0138-think

WJ you do actually hate the English and England though mate. I've only picked up on this recently but you never capitalise English or England but do so for Scotland and even Wales <yikes>

Disrespect by stealth but doesn't bother me, hate who you want
Been doing it for years to see who bites. Bit of fun. If I hated the english, I wouldn't have been living in amongst them for 30 years, would I?

Absolutely true. If I was free to choose, Cumbernauld in Scotland would be my choice. Nothing to do with nationalisn, it's just that loads of my old schoolmates still live there & I have a ball every time I go back up. Not as often as I'd like, sadly.

Can totally relate to that <ok>

Well you would wouldn't you, lots of scots are Irish decent, and most of N/Wales are of English decent so that's probably why the English tend to get on better with the Welsh and Irish with the scots.
