I know he said 'if' and agreed that if he is found guilty the book should be thrown at him?

If everyone who committed a criminal offence(or is charged for one) was disciplined in their workplace,I'd have no workmates left.

    I know
I was only saying that it’s different, obviously not everyone charged with something gets disciplined, but if facts are known to the employer then it’s not surprising if they act.
I’m not sure your job is as high profile as his either (it might be of course...you could be Steven Gerrard or the new Celtic manager...)

It's obviously because it's high profile and could be considered by his employer's to have brought the company/ business into disrepute? And no,I'm most certainly not any of the above mentioned, though I wouldn't mind a page out of their bank books:emoticon-0100-smile

I work in a warehouse as a forklift driver and the 'Monday Club' in my place is very seldom due to hangovers...Most of them that are off on Mondays have had B and B at the local police station for their wrongdoings at the weekend and have more pressing engagements in front of the local sheriff:emoticon-0100-smile

I'd not seen ABH either, I'd just seen assault... Could be a push, could have spat at them, assault could be a number of things. I just wondered if it had actually been stated that he hit them

Dunno really, sure we'll find out soon enough.

    Actual Bodily Harm
ABH is assault or battery that causes harm to a person's body. ... So if a push results in someone hitting their head against a wall, it is more likely to be ABH than GBH or common assault because the intention was to use unlawful force, rather than causing a head injury.

Wales manager and former Manchester United player Ryan Giggs has been charged with assaulting two women.

He is accused of causing actual bodily harm to a woman in her 30s and common assault of a woman in her 20s at an address in Salford last November.

Mr Giggs, of Worsley, is also charged with coercive or controlling behaviour.

You don't generally see an ABH charge without a significant injury.

The law is slightly different up here. You can be charged with assault for gesturing or pointing at someone in an aggressive manner.

Recklessly riding your bike and knocking into someone could be ABH

    ...I don’t think that’s what he’s accused of though

Falling off your bike and having to have your arm bionically rebuilt is 'GLP' surely?

Sorry GLP...I couldn't resist that one!

As I said, at the time I'd only seen assault reported, not ABH

Football Association of WALES Press Release.
    Cardiff, WALES.
    The Football Association of WALES.
    FAW several times.
Role of CYMRU Men's National Team Manager. So, Wales then.

I was just going to say the same, didn't he betrayed his brother and wife by shagging his brother's misses? You confirmed it.

This can't make for a good relationship with the other investors in Salford one would think? Is he a fit and proper person to be a part-owner of a football club?

Hes a proper ****, I’ve met him a few times when I lived in Alderley Edge - friends of friends.

The only bigger **** I’ve met is Roy Keane, he’s at that level of ****ness
