If not, here goes:
I think Gervinho is a very good player.
I was responding to an argument that he WASN'T and that he had not scored as many as Benzema and Higuaiin.
My counter argument is that Benzema and Higuain have played at top clubs for longer - hence scored more goals - and that just because you don't score goals early in your career when playing for smaller clubs, it doesn't mean you are not a good player.
I'm assuming you were having a laugh, but just in case - I am supporting the Gervinho signing.

I haven't seen anything of Gervinho so I freely admit I'm not in a position to judge. I find it hard to believe though that he has less composure than Walcott who could be arguably the most uncomposed player in the history of the game. Either way, if he's as good as Chamakh, then I'll be pleased. I suspect he might be even better though.
He played at the world cup if you remember. Basically he is another Kalou.
