Pedro to Chelsea?

Well, that came out of nowhere. They don't even need him. Feels like they've gone after him just to stop Man Utd getting him.
Cheslea fans are claiming Cuadrado is going to Juve on loan. So it would be to cover the place left by him.

Either that or Oscar/Ramires is going to Juventus.

Yea this is weird. They ain't gonna buy Pedro to sit on the bench and god knows he ain't getting in the team over Hazard. Can't see Mourinho playing too many exciting attacking players in his team, he loves Willian because of the defensive workrate he gets from him.

Also Man United have apparently put in a 60m bid for Muller. Could be why they aren't interested in Pedro anymore (unless they just feel like he's gonna join Chelsea regardless).

I swear Chelsea always do this.

They only signed Wilian and Salah to stop Liverpool signing them!

Willian was more Spurs than the Scousers, but both of those deals are the same. Both unneeded.

Oh yes, that was the one.

They have a history of buying people they don't really need, and not playing them.

Though Man City seem to have taken over on that front now!

MCLEAN JOINS BARNET

Barnet have announced the signing of striker Aaron McLean on a short-term deal.

He told the club's official website: “I’m buzzing to have joined Barnet and I just can’t wait to get started. I’m a London lad, so being back in London is brilliant for me.

“I know a few of the players here already, and then there’s the chance to come and work with Martin Allen. He’s different to a lot of managers; I look at the way he manages and I quite admire him."

There is no denying he is a good player. There is no denying his potential.

But I think there is no denying that he is currently incredibly overrated and the figures bandied around are ridiculous.

His reputation has come largely from the season that has just gone. The fees mentioned make the Sterling deal look like a bargain.

At least Sterling has proved something at a higher level with a higher caliber of player and in the England set up. Not to mention he is an attacking player which always commands a higher premium.

I 100% agree. Stones is massively overrated, it's Franny Jeffers all over again. Everton should snap their hands off.

BREAKING NEWS: Sky Sources - Manchester United drop interest in signing Barcelona forward Pedro. <laugh>

No they have not. More like an Edward Woodward screw up. MU Trying to water down Ed's **** up.

Barca told MU/Ed what the buy out was and they would not match it. Trying to do it on the cheap.

Chelsea jump in and get the job done. Pedro now in London having a medical etc etc.
