So their bid of 6 million was accepted, according to previous quoted sources, and now they have gazumped themselves by bidding 10 million? I know the owner is very rich but a 4 million quid tip is a bit excessive!

The rumoured bid accepted was £6m + £2m in add-on's, I suspect the Mirror just rounded it up a bit further.
