Manchester City are close to signing Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph.

Bit of a surprise.

Not really a surprise . I read the other day that Delph had asked Micah Richards about Man city , so I guess they have been in contact previously . Obviously Richards said he could not tell Delph anything , but his story was on the lines of ' don't go if you wont play regular' . But how would he know if he wont play regularly?

OFFICIAL: West Ham have completed the signing of Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna for €12million.

BREAKING: Sky Sources: Leicester interested in speaking to Martin O'Neil over vacant manager's position.

Looking at some of the signings other clubs I considered at our 'level' last season have made (Palace, Swansea, Stoke etc), if we do go back up, we'll need to buy some serious talent.

Wonder if Villa will come in for Huddlestone? If they lose Delph and Benteke they'll be shopping

I hope the fans of Bournemouth are taking notice of the financial mayhem that is called the Premier League.

FFS. They dont have any wonga. FACT
They may use that popular currency of a packet of crisps and a Mars bar. TWT as always. They're clearly not as rich as me with 3 cars a house in Florida and Swanland and a member of a prestigious snooker club.
