I thought it might be an idea to have a thread devoted to any ticketing issues, as to keep them all in the same place, I have seen them in matchday threads and off the field threads, not sure if its needed or not.

Will be a popular thread considering how many issues we have. Ticketing side still a shambles
Good idea mate, will help I reckon.
To be fair the new ticketing structure is a vast improvement and I'm sure the last few glitches will be sorted.
The vast majority of people have no problem and I'd suspect a fair few issues are caused by us, the supporters.
You quite often see posts, when people are struggling, then another saying 'sorted'.
Burnley was dreadful and they've been a PL club more often than us.
I suspect the new ticketing system is one reason the away fans haven't yet been moved ...
... now that would be a recipe for disaster if all that was merged at the moment.
The problem seems to be on the digital delivery option. If you don't click the white button until it turns red, like below, you don't get the digital ticket emailed to you. It doesn't make sense as there is no other option for tickets.

Check the original confirmation email, as I went back and the add to wallet option was there, sure it wasnt there originally

The club have made some fantastic strides on and off the pitch so hard to be too critical but I do think they need to have a look at the Huddersfield ticket arrangements.
I think they should have opened up all the lower bowl and really pushed tickets for the kids given the school holidays.

question for you,
trying to see if I can get tickets for the villa home game, we're going to be up in Keswick over that weekend as its my birthday on the 20th but it doesnt appear I can get just 2 tickets .

It's sold out. There's only a handful of general sale tickets left per match and unfortunately they sell out quickly.
You could ask @Smug in Boots if he knows of any season ticket holders not going who would be happy to let you use their tickets.
South West corner available now
Had to log into my account. Could only do this on my laptop as got an error logging in on my phone. So downloaded the ticket from the active tickets option and emailed it from work account to personal account to download. Then found only one came through and realised the tickets were per individual not per match so busy doing the same process again.
