I thought it might be an idea to have a thread devoted to any ticketing issues, as to keep them all in the same place, I have seen them in matchday threads and off the field threads, not sure if its needed or not.
Good idea mate, will help I reckon. To be fair the new ticketing structure is a vast improvement and I'm sure the last few glitches will be sorted. The vast majority of people have no problem and I'd suspect a fair few issues are caused by us, the supporters. You quite often see posts, when people are struggling, then another saying 'sorted'. Burnley was dreadful and they've been a PL club more often than us. I suspect the new ticketing system is one reason the away fans haven't yet been moved ... ... now that would be a recipe for disaster if all that was merged at the moment.
The problem seems to be on the digital delivery option. If you don't click the white button until it turns red, like below, you don't get the digital ticket emailed to you. It doesn't make sense as there is no other option for tickets. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Check the original confirmation email, as I went back and the add to wallet option was there, sure it wasnt there originally
