Just looked up an old friend and he's still winning international Masters races. I remember talking to him about retirement eight years ago. You're a goddamned midget lunatic, Jack.
Just watched the Grand Prix. Wow, that was exciting. Still love Max.... even he is a really naughty boy!!
Poor bastard . You just don't think of things like this . https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/43849696
I do enjoy watching it at times , so who are the Scarlets ? PS Toby's eye flared up again , but I noticed in time .5 days of Remend and a visit to the vet ( His annual jab ) and vet said It was all under control
Used to be Llanelli area, now called the Scarlets and they're the only British team left in the Champion's Cup (with two Irish and one French teams, no English...) Mind you, they're losing pretty badly so can't see them making the final. Give Toby a hug from me
This issue with European rugby is that 3 of the 4 Irish teams qualify for the champions cup every season and there is no relegation. Since the 6 nations, Leinster have nearly rested all their top players every other week. They lost at home to an Italian team last week. Scarlets can rest players too as the other welsh teams are so bad at the moment. The state of European rugby isn’t good at the moment. The English and French teams can’t afford to rest players. With the Lions tour, and the work load upon English players, we were never going to win the 6n. France use to always win after BL tours, but times have changed, and the players are on central contracts in certain countries.
It sounds as though you think that Welsh teams only play other Welsh teams? Scarlets rested most of the 1st team last week and lost badly to Edinburgh in the PRO14 (which Scarlets won last season) and play Scottish, Irish and French teams in that tournament. It does seem ridiculous that all top class teams in Britain, Ireland and France don't play in one "league". Just makes it all very confusing.
I prefer rugby to football, and watch all forms. The statistics show that the English and French players play a lot more minutes per season. The Irish team have nearly had a month off since the 6n because they have been rested. French teams play in a similar league to the English. You play to compete in the champions cup and not be relegated. The welsh, Scottish & Irish teams have no risk of relegation. The Scarlets had such a strong start that they have not need to risk playing their best team for a number of weeks in the league. In the premiership and top 14, you need to make top 6 to get in the champions cup. On the other hand, 2 of the 4 welsh teams make the champions cup, 2 or 3 of the Irish etc. Leinster and Munster are filled with players that are paid by the IRFU. The welsh are following suit and paying the wages of your top players meaning they can control their playing time in their franchise.
