There is no clear and obvious error," Arteta said. "And this changes the course of the game. And at this level, I'm sorry but this cannot happen."

When asked whether he had been given an explanation for the decision, he added: "No. A very clear explanation of the decision and what happens for a period of time, a referee has to watch it 13 times, what's more clear than that? It's impossible and we are all fuming about it."

If this is how they react when a decision isn’t in their favor then I can’t wait til pgmol give city a king fu kick to the chest in the box kind of decision which steals the title off them

<whistle>

Still at least pep improved him as a player like he does with everyone that ever breathes the same air as the bald fraud

I'm sure he'd still have those multiple Prem titles, Champions League, FA Cup medals etc if he'd stayed at Villa ...

Scott Parker has left Burnleh after a memorable season. I look forward to him grinding his way to 90 points with Wolves playing horrendous football and scraping 1-0 wins against Preston before losing eight of his first ten back in the Prem and getting sacked before taking a job the following season with relegated West Ham before losing eight of his first ten back in the Prem.

Sounds about right, the Championship is clearly his level.
I hate to say it, but the same will probably happen to Frank at Coventry.
Sacked by Christmas when Coventry are in the relegation zone, then will take a job at somewhere like Norwich, or West Brom in the Championship.

Not sure of the hatred towards Parker tbh. Always came across as a honest pro, not as good as we Charlton fans thought, but good enough to be a PL player.

we kinda ruined him to be honest, we signed him at his peak with Charlton, and he was thrown in to a squad where Lampard and Makalele were the midfield pairing, and he was never going to usurp either of them in the starting XI, was he.
We did the same with Shaun Wright Phillips, like he was ever going to displace Arjen Robben, Damien Duff or Joe Cole.
Mind you, they knew the score when they signed, so it was on them

His head got turned. Went from £15/£16k a week to £40k, so I guess it made financial sense. It was rumoured that Wenger was after him but didn’t want him until the summer. Personally I think that would have been a better move for him, but we will never know.

SWP would have had the same issue at Arsenal to be fair, he wouldn't have got in the starting XI over Freddie Ljunberg
