Unfortunately they changed things so that this will be dealt with by May 24th at the latest including a final appeal of any penalty given prior.

Essentially this will all happen much quicker than in the past.

what charge for what breech?

that’s what’s not clear. Is it operating costs(players and wages etc or stadium which is allowed?)

If it’s player overspend then I have no issues, we know the rules. But if it is stadium costs then this is allowed.

Forest are trying to use the defence Everton tried to use for the first charge.

player sales not meeting the value they hoped. Johnson to Spurs they feel was undervalued.

Everton had a player out for almost two years for an unproven charge, losing player value and wages. If forest escape that then Everton will be able to win their 10 point appear.

so what will the PL do?
