Plenty of managers have had plenty of cash to throw about and have failed. Pep also coaches very good players into world class players. You can visibly see the improvement in players like De Bruyne and Stirling.
Good points ... but United have spent the most over the same years as Pep has been over here and haven't ... so it's not ALL about the money ... but it obviously helps.

I'm still not convinced Sterling is as good as made out. Looks okay with the time and space afforded when in a team of superstars but couldn't be the main man somewhere imo.
