Okay, you were wrong and was proven so, but what have you to say over the main point of the post? : Liverpool have been without Van Djik and Gomez for most of the season, but the post-match analysis on Sky focussed solely on how poor United had missed Maguire for three games, and were thus unable to adapt and defend adequately? Not enough positive stokes from the gallery in going down that road? :emoticon-0138-think
Yeah I mean the fact St Virgil has been absent has barely been mentioned like.

Nice deflection. He wasn't mentioned at all on Thursday night - Maguire got as many menshies for being out for three games as Virgil has for being out for 40-odd.

I think you know what he's getting at bro.

Last year it was city lost the league due to having laporte out and playing Fernandinho at cb.

Weve had no such understanding from pundits and rivals alike.

I geddit and I aint complaining tbh.

But I'll damn sure point it out.

Like null and void last year. Everyone was behind that.

Yet this season with no fans and an even worse pandemic situation no such calls were made.

Wonder why<laugh>

It might have been because Maguire had just gone missing and the cost of his absence soon became apparent, whereas St Virgil’s absence has been done to death, just a thought like.

Massive bias though <wah>

City came second with him though, you’ve been utter dogshit since the turn of the year and only the most deluded of the deluded would put that massive drop off down to the absence of one player. Especially given you lost him after 5 games, but were still top at Christmas.....

The comfort blanket of it all come back right when Big Virg gets back is just that imo.......I’ve been calling your demise since you lost 4 out of 5 pre the first lockdown last year btw.

Youre going off my original point bro.

Which was city lost thier main cb and the pundits and rivals alike put them coming 2nd down to that.

We've had both our 1st choice cbs out for the whole season & played our best dm as a cb for most of that.

The energy has certainly not been the same.

Doubt it,just a flash in the pan as proven this season and blaming the loss of a defender who Celtic let go.
And that explains the calls for null and void last season but not this one. How exactly?

Kden good talk bru

Null and void for what? Big Virg getting crocked?
<laugh>

You was all null and void last year, I'm sure it was behind the saving lives slogan.

Yet this year with no fans at all and the pandemic even worse you've said nothing<laugh>

See. This is what I mean about the same energy. It's just not there is it <whistle>
