He's an ok manager for L1, been around it long enough, so would bring that experience with him. Only problem is he left Posh bottom of the league this season, before his departure.
I suppose it depends if you can give him the players he wants, whereas Posh is more a side that uses player transfers to stay afloat.
Also don't forget Posh have Barry Fry handling scouting - hence why they are one of the most profitable clubs in the lower divisions, ie not in debt.
But tongue in cheek you do have your player academy to offer him.
