Trying to suggest that the DUP are on a par with ISIS is really weak and just a little bit silly.

apart from numbers of religious followers active i think you will find spook isn't far off in fairness ..............just because its a piss pot of a political party doesn't mean its not filled with hate and separation and its not very helpful when currently the message after the Manchester attacks is one of unity.

You're right, their history is rooted in Loyalist terrorist groups and death squads like the UDA and UVF, comparable to Sinn Fein's relationship with the Provos. Except Sinn Fein was always a secular republican party, the DUP is openly religious and geared toward Protestantism and their homophobia, anti-abortion stance and New Earth creationism is motivated by religious extremism.

That's the Irish for you.

And the jocks.

The stance of the DUP is fairly backward, but you won't find them blowing up kids in Manchester, or anywhere else for that matter.

**** analogy.

No, their members were just murdering Catholics in Northern Ireland during the 70s and 80s with the help of the British Army and security services.

Ian Paisley wasn't a terrorist.

I've been having a read about these DUP. I'd never heard of them.

Quite like them actually. Seem like all round decent folks and have their heads screwed on.

Tough day for the Daily Mail today as millennials ruin their election. Scaremongering and lies fail and their influence in general gets called into question.

So, when all is in doubt, what do yo do? That's right, crawl back to your safe space - The Diana Tapes. 9 hours of. Tomorrow.

I just laughed out loud at the advert.

You are confusing Loyalist terrorists with a legitimate political party, the DUP.

If people are going to spout off bollocks about Corbyn supporting the IRA because he met with members of Sinn Fein, you're gonna have to apply the same standards to the DUP and its sordid history with Ulster Loyalist paramilitary groups. Like I said, Ian Paisley helped found the URM. Members of the DUP today were members of the UVF and UDA.

Join them on a march to celebrate the victory of King Billy at the Battle of the Boyne. They are wonderful people, you'd fit right in.
