Meh. When Labour candidates are shown to be racist and gambling etc, we just overlook that on here. It’s not the same as the Tory scum doing it.

No need for the tone Bonny lad, my opinion is he’s an absolute weapon. Brexit, Trump, supporting Russia, Can’t stand the bloke. If you think differently, that’s up to you.

They’re all at it. Even the lovely Angela Rayner who is ‘one of us’ claimed 2 pairs of AirPods at the taxpayer’s expense.

Entirely different in that he didn't bet on the date of the election, instead he bet against himself in his own constituency. No insider knowledge just gross stupidity. Starmer right to a act swiftly and the candidate right to show contrition and acceptance of the outcome.

And somebody that thick has managed to get in a position to become a MP. The country is in safe hands everyone <laugh><laugh><laugh>

I can't understand why anyone would want to become an MP unless they have aspirations of high office. The amount of **** they get, including death threats, while in reality backbenchers have no real power and are just voting fodder for the party leaders. It would take far more cash to tempt me into that role.

Taxes have to go up, I agree with you. Indeed labour and conservatives have tax locks, which in effect are tax increases, but they will say otherwise and hope we dont cotton on. Labour say no tax rises for working people, and conservatives say tax cuts for working people. They are both pulling the wool over our eyes, or they are incompetent, probably both

The only other thing that might happen is the economy takes off. Now both main parties are hanging some hope on that. But so much of that is out of our control. We will neee a better run of global events if that is to carry through than we have had.
