On further assessment it has also been revealed that Ramirez has "got sumfink in my eye!" and will need to undergo surgery next week.

Sounds like Eastenders. In Corrie, you can only have a relationship with someone living in the street or just round the corner, if you attempt to leave you can go to London or Europe (but nowhere else), you always have a previously unmentioned mate who can put you up on their sofa, if you lose your job a few hours of work in one of the 5 eating establishments on the street will usually enable you to have a decent standard of living and holiday abroad, you never draw benefits or even have heard of them., and best of all you never need an overcoat despite living in Manchester. I love it.
