You'd better add Guly as well, otherwise the very lovely Ms Godders :emoticon-0115-inlov will be complaining. ;)

I actually like Guly! Think he's being frozen out a bit now.

Yeah De Ridders amazing, oh and Chaplow they're some of the finest technical football players I've ever seen

Always made me a little bit upset last season when morons started complaining that we need to bring De Ridder on. It's happening with Chaplow sometimes this season too, even though we have about 20 midfielders better than him

What I liked about Ramirez was that he didn't get outmuscled once and looked very calm on the ball. A lot of foreign players who come to the PL are a bit lightweight.

I'm sure we will see Guly on Tuesday, he does offer something different to Lallana and Puncheon. And I still see people on Facebook/Twitter who want Steve de Ridder back in.

Unlikely as it seems I think Chaplow may still have a part to play. That's if he's the Chaplow from the beginning of last season. With the choice we have in midfield it'll be tough/ impossible for him to get on the bench right now but if he gets a good run of cup games and performs well he might still get in the first team later in the season.

One has pace and the other can run for miles. What more would an English fan want from their players?

Hey, me too. Cracking player. I'd love to see him play alongside Ramirez, but who do you leave out..?

Chaplow isn't going to get a game this season, unless it is in a Cup competition, or there are significant injuries.

Dunno about that. He could still make an impact, and offers something similar to Jason Puncheon imo. Who honestly predicted Jason being a regular starter before the season began? Yet he's exceeded all expectations so far. Point is, I wouldn't be writing Chappers or "Steeeeeve" off just yet.

Chaplow has his uses and could possibly get some game time this season. Not De Ridder though.

That's what I had in mind.

My other half thinks Gaston's a bit 'pretty' for her liking. Kelv is still No1 in her 'fantasy team'.
... and she's happy for him to be on the bench as long as he promises to warm up on the touchline in something more revealing !!!

OK, I'll modify my previous comment. Chaplow isn't going to get a start, but may come on as a substitute in a PL match, providing the circumstances are favourable for him, and with the above conditions I mentioned before. I fully expect him to feature in the Cups, however.

They're exactly the same.

Me too. It seems you have to have a subjective view of football to appreciate what Guly can offer the team. Not sure where I'd put him right now though, as the second half team looked good.

It will only be a matter of time before bigger clubs come chasing after him. A lot of clubs will be hoping we get relegated so it will be easier for them to get him. I can honestly see Barcelona making a move for him in the future. In a few years, he will be a world class player, unless he gets a bad injury.
