No mention of Ramirez on MOTD! Great focus on Rickie but I swear Lawrenson must have begged his director not to have to do a bit on Ramirez being so good because he had originally said we would never sign him.

 

I've read some pretty stupid things, but to suggest GR was average or slipped under your radar means you are not appreciating football or paying attention. I've seen near on the full game via an Asian stream, and I also saw Football First this evening.

The man was pure class. Says something you can't see how good Gaston (foreigner) was, but you appreciated Stevie Davis (Brit) charging round and flying in left, right and centre.

Westend, who are you to be lecturing anybody about football? For most of my lifetime we've been in the lower divisions, we probably are in terminal decline but there's nothing about your club that a real supporter would respect. Having to resort to panic buying 12 million players just to hope to avoid relegation? You're welcome to that. Incidentally, I do get to Woking now & again thanks, as it's local & if I can't get to Pompey, and even there the atmosphere is better than sterile st fairies.

I sadly wasn't at the game but to the guy who said last season we lacked the final ball a lot of the time was spot on. Ramirez sounds like exactly what we need. Lambert must be looking forward to all those chances coming his way. Bets on him finishing league top scorer?

All I've said was that Steve Davis really stood it for me today! Ramirez looks good, I haven't f****** denied that, but I wouldn't give him my MOTM because Davis stood out more for me!

What the f*** is wrong with that?

 

In the first half in my opinion he didn't stand out for me.

So it sort of went unnoticed, having watched MOTD last night I noticed he actually played well in the s second half!
