Apart from current under 21 internationals (Collins, Bradshaw) and under 20s on loan (Wallace and Hurst), Town also have:

Richards - 12 England junior internationals from under 16 to under 21
Ainsworth - England under 16-19
Sherriff - Australia junior & senior training squad
Wildig (loan) - Wales junior
Jacobson - Wales under 21 (ex-captain) & senior squad

So that's at least 9 players currently in the squad with international experience. Not at all bad for League 2.
 
lol well done. Last season we had full internationals, who cares? They wont get you anywhere :) You are up there yes, and you will remain there for the whole season yes, and you will bottle it when it matters as you usually do, yes :)
 
chris you cannot call residents of lundy, flatholme and steepholme islands, internationals. we call them puffins!
 
here is an easy one which bristol rovers player was the only gas player to be capped by england whilst playing for rovers. secondly was dai ward ever a welsh international
 
i don't know why a gentle soul like me has again stirred up a hornets nest on the gas boards, their captain tom tit has invited me to leave their boards, and baldy blue is having a pop too. they may get their comeuppance at totton next week. almost worth paying my tv licence for, er almost. floreat salopia
 
please aj, show me where i have invited you to leave our board???? get your facts right. i have suggested a way that you can stay on our board which you have ignored. i have explained i have recieved complaints from gasheads who are complaining about your need to be on EVERY single thread. therefore i am acting on these complaints as a mod. there is no need for our threads to be invaded by you ruining the flow of the thread. therefore i will delete comments for unwanted comments.
again, i have suggested a way that you can stay on our board which you have ignored. if you are desperate to stay on our board aj or any other shrew, then create 1 banter thread and stick to it. then those gasheads who want to be involved can do so and those gasheads who dont want to be involved can simply ignore that 1 thread and be able to comment on other threads without the thread being ruined.

remember, any other club supporter coming on the rovers board are guests. if gasheads are unhappy with certain guests or comments, i have to act on it as a mod.

example, no need for this thread. there was a thread on this issue already.
example, no need for you to post your issue with me on this thread when you have already posted your issue on 2 other threads.
 
captain this thread appears on both our boards, so it will suffice as a joint banter board if there is any more banter!
 
if you want to use this thread for the banter thread then fair enough. obviously some people might not know its the 'banter thread' for both sides which is why i suggested making a new thread titled banter thread so everyone knew thats the thread. if your happy with this thread then happy bantering i guess.

Sounds like sour grapes to me. Chris & CJS start coming on our boards throughout the pre-season, gloating giving it the big un. Now it's gone disastrously tits-up for Rovers, they don't wanna know (& complain) when they get a bit back.

Oh dear, what a poor show.. (a bit like watching Rovers really). :)

1, yes we were on your board in pre season - replying back to aj who was on ours. we didnt start this :)
2, i dont see chris ever not wanting to know.
3, also i have said a few times already today, i will still be joining in with the banter now and then as well.
4, therefore we aint running away.
5, im not the one complaining. i have received complaints and as a mod, i have to deal with them. rovers board belong to rovers fans. they come 1st, not banter.
6, therefore no sour grapes from us. why would there be. i said along with many others that you will be in and around the top. were right. you are near the top. well done. we also beat you so we cant have sour grapes for that either!
7, your only correct point is that its been disastrous for us so far and a very poor show.

for your info, the ones 'complaining' about your fans is not complaining about the banter. they dont mind banter. the complaints are about EVERY SINGLE THREAD being hijacked by you. thats the issue. why bother post the exact same thing on every single thread. leave threads alone for gasheads to talk rovers stuff. and banter on just 1 thread. some just dont want a thread about a rovers player for example turning into banter between both sides like every thread has turned out to be.

im not stopping our banter. therefore get a grip jenny and watch this...

They are actually removing my posts for no apparent reason. I contributed (or so I thought) to the Bristol Rovers word association thread with a perfectly inocuous reference to Matt Harold. The same tone as has been used many times before by others

If you want to read what is acceptable to their moderators read from the top of page 86. Bizarre standards are the only ones accepted.
