I watched your game away to Blackpool at the weekend. Two of the biggest teams in the Championship and the stadium was half empty. I've seen your games on the highlights show too and your stadium's usually half empty.
Absolute nonsense!
As I posted in January...

I could take it further and look lower down the English Football League...
- There are 5 clubs in League One and 1 club in League Two with higher attendances than the 4th biggest Scottish club Hibs.
- There are 4 clubs in League One with higher attendances than the 3rd biggest Scottish club Hearts.
Should Southampton return to the top flight it will see a return to the 30,000+ averages in a 32,000 stadium they had in all four Premier League seasons at St Mary's. The chairman also wants to increase the stadium to 45,000+. Taking it close to Celtic's average. Not so "small little English team Southampton" as Celtic fans like to make out!
.............
In addition to all of that, the three remaining games at St Mary's this season will be 32k sellouts. Raising Southampton's average in the 2nd tier to around 27k or 28k.
