We need to win this one since a loss would put to bed our hopes of winning the title as Centurions
What a shocker, Chris Sutton has us down to lose, again, as down the complete utter twonkhead sh1tfaced krabby knackers who cant sing and is just a annoying tw*t of person Olly Murs has too
Tbf we are actually 11/4 and Fulham are 11/10 against, as a home team don’t think the bookies are that confident of a home winI think most have us down to lose. Even bet 365 have us at 4/1. Most still see us as a plucky promoted side and are expecting the wheels to fall off sooner rather than later. To be fair I don't mind this just makes it sweeter when we prove them wrong. I expect us to get something down there and I'm sure the players do as well I think the key thing is win lose or draw let's not get too carried away either way

Guy is the Ultimate FANNYTBH I’ve not looked at Sutton’s predictions for ages but your comments prompted me, laughable and peurile aren’t they.
“The sensible thing to do would be to back the Black Cats here, because they are clearly capable of roughing Fulham up too and, the last time they were in west London, they beat Chelsea at the end of October.
But I am not going to do that. Instead, I really need to carry on going against Sunderland with my predictions. I am taking a lot of credit for their good results because they clearly love to prove me wrong.”
So he carries on the current punditry dismissal of Sunderland as ugly football merchants ‘capable of roughing Fulham up’. And even though he admits it’s logical to expect a Sunderland result he's using ‘reverse psychology’ against a team who won’t take any notice of him.
Why on earth would Sunderland ‘love to prove him wrong’![]()
Can I retract my previous like of Marcus's post?! That one contentious part doesn't take away from the sense in the rest of the post. Fulham are no mugs, and we would be bad to go there as fans and players with overconfidence. Belief and confidence in ourselves, yes. Many thought we would give Burnley a hiding with how well we were playing before that game. Fulham are on a par with them or better. It's a tough game like they all are.
Like I said before I expect a win, but truthfully no matter the result my expectations will be to win the next game as this season we have proven to be a match for anybody in this league and we should be going into every game with confidence.I don't disagree mate, there's only Wolves who are looking abysmal.
However it's true to say that Fulham without their only recent points, against ten man Wolves, would currently be second bottom.
They've only escaped people's attention because West Ham, Forest, Leeds, Burnley have all looked shaky.
But all of those teams have better current form than Fulham who've lost time and again.
My point is that, if we can't win at Fulham, where can we win ...
... or do we just accept that we're not capable which is fair enough if that's what people believe.
We play and battle with the same intensity as we did against Arsenal I cannot see us losing. I would imagine RLB & Granit will ensure our mentality is right. I will be disappointed if we do not get 3 points.
This is exactly it in a nutshell. We have Man City coming up soon and TBH before the season started I would have been very wary of this game. But in my head now I am thinking OK let's see if we can give these a bit of a rattle as well and let's see what they have got.My feelings exactly, this isn't 'gung ho football' as we saw with Reidy or Keane, it's methodical and calculated.
I've no doubt the players are totally focussed, and prepared, they're visibly improving week by week.
As far as the supporters are concerned, I'm not actually sure of the difference between being confident and over confident.
The support will be excellent, as always, and we can't exactly cheer a little less loudly in case we look too confident ...
... I'm expecting this team to go for three points and will be dissappointed with anything less.
Ha'way the Lads, 3-1 and three different scorers!!!

No worry just an expectation to give them as tough of a test as they will have faced all season and go head to head against them. This team has earned that and we as supporters should expect no less from ourselves.
RLB continually talks about connection within the team and the club as well as the connection to the support. The team are doing their job and we as a support are doing ours, confidence will grow and so will expectation. Man what a time to be a lads fan!!!
