I went with purely acting skills, Helen Mirren was a close 2nd but Meryl Streep has me gripped 9 times out of 10, she's up there with the very best of all time including male actors imo.

If it was purely on looks, Jennifer Lopez and I sincerely mean this when I say, nobody gets anywhere near her for me.

4. Your favourite book? Probaly meaning fiction but I loved Frank Skinners autobiography - laugh out loud moments

5. Favourite moment in sporting history outside of your club team? Probably Germany 1 England 5 (poor German girl in Copperface Jacks wishing she hadnt celebrated the first goal)

6. Your guilty pleasure? Sugarbabes (been that many of them cant remember which ones!)

Raging Bull is class, only watched that a couple of years ago for the first time, watched that, Carlito's Way and Deer Hunter in one day on the sofa, all three were great.

I was always a Team Pacino fan up until a few years ago, now I appreciate them both equally.

Pure classic boxing film mate.
De Niro & Scorsese have made so many great films together & are pure movie magic.
Deer Hunter was brilliant too, I agree.

I watched Raging Bull for the first time back in the 80's with my dad.
We loved the boxing.
Even the music gets me all emotional.

I loved it mate, he was in great nick for that film.

The Scorsese link up is amazing mate, that's why I love Di Caprio's roles so much at the minute.

There's a new film with Scorsese, De Niro, Pacino and Pesci apparently called The Irishman, in production.

I have a fear it's going to fall flat on it's face. Scorsese hasn't been Scorsese since Shutter Island for me and those three together could make it a bigger disaster than Righteous Kill.

Really want it to be good but I'm not sure. Pacino and Pesci haven't grown old particularly gracefully either.

I hope you're wrong mate, but Righteous Kill was turd, as was Heat in my opinion... hyped up too much for the De Niro/Pacini showdown, then it was all a big let down, you wanna see two giants on screen own a scene without barely doing a thing... Kingsley and Freeman in Lucky Number Slevin.

I loved Wolf of Wall Street mind so don't agree that Scorsese's fell off.

Dallas Buyers club was brilliant, Matthew McConaughey has to be the hottest property in Hollywood at the minute.

Agree about Heat as well, I don't see anything in it whatsoever.

Lucky number Slevin was a funny one, pretty clever story, pretty well made but what the **** were pretty boy hartnet and wooden face lie doing in it?

TWOWS, I thought it was alright but it was big, loud, bright and daft and my god was it overhyped. In a year containing Rush, 12 years a slave, Dallas Buyers Club and others it fell short for me.

Regardless of taste or whether it was good or not, it wasn't Scorsese, dark, clever and brutal.

Mentioned to you before, watch True Detective, what he actually won the Oscar for in my eyes. He was great in DBC but TD is the best bit of cinema/tv ever made in my eyes.
