I think that's a courtesy situation tbh, I don't think he spends much time on it.

A mate knows O'Brien and says he's straight as a die, the opposite of Methven who he also knows.

Grumpy is telling us not to put 2 and 2 together over the road mate - have a word with him!

Like I've said previously.. Next season all games are 99.9% being played behind closed doors. That means no gate income. Nobody buying from the safc shop. Nobody buying drinks/food on match days. Not to mention money for players etc. Where the fk is all that money going to come from. Furlough isn't going on forever. It will be ended in June imo. He either has to take out a loan, loan more from the americans or cut his losses. To say SD's arse won't be dropping out as will be the case with all other owners is an understatement unless they are extremely wealthy.

Good memory mate.

They weren't impressed with Methven and wanted local people who live in the area to get things moving.

I remember the flak I took for posting they'd been advised by an ex-England manager with local connections.

Now almost everyone accepts it as a sensible step that actually happened ...

... if you were buying a club in the States it would be the first thing you'd do.

Hopefully this means the wheels are in motion for FPP to take over then.

They'd make loads if they let us pay for each game or a season pass to stream all of our games.
Due to our fan base here an exiles I reckon would sell thousands.

Obviously can't charge the same price as a ticket so be cheaper but then also cheaper running costs as less staff needed on matchday.

If a family goes to match they pay for each of them. One family buying a stream for all to watch x however many families go to the matches. Also friends would do the same along with illegal streams which I put my money on are watched by a good percentage of supporters.

I wouldn't stream if it I knew I was helping the club I'd happily pay and I imagine I wouldn't be the only person.

Aye you will get tight ****ers but at the end of the day your not robbing sky etc you would be robbing your own club.

I agree but if there was the hope the club could land in the hands of the Americans by not buying the streams SD may have his hand forced. I bet there would be many a supporter with that mind set.

I live in Scandinavia and pay about £100 for a season stream. - no commentary () and now with replay of highlites live.
It’s great -but wish all the money went to SAFC.
In this tech savvy age a club will bugger sky and go it alone (or some arrangement eith FA/Sky).
Really surprised Manure/‘Pool/Barca etc haven’t done it already.
Teams that breed supporters through many generations living abroad i.e. Safc, Ncle etc would turn over a pretty penny.
KTF

I have often used SAFC for away games and the odd home game (if I am stuck baby-sitting) a few technical problems but have usually got it working, on the PC, mobile and smart tv...so it works...eventually
