Growing up in Norfolk my dad used to speed up for pheasants in the road .

You hang it upside down for 2 or 3 days to keep the blood in the carcass pluck it gut it and eat it .

Massive messy pain in the arse and always tough as **** as it was killed terrified.


Get one with a shotgun sitting in a tree and it tastes good , just try not to bite the lead shot .

I prefer partridge
 
I just try to eat as much meat and animal produce as possible.

Meat, particularly red meat, is the food of the Gods.

Bread, rice, pasta, refined grains all make you fat, cut out sugar too and you'll get as ripped as me.

I go to the gym 4 times a week minimum play 5s once a week, 7s three times a week and play 11s at least once a week.

But I AM in my late 20s so don't expect you old buggers to get out of 1st gear these days.
