Hot dogs all day, in a brioche bun. Lightly done onions still crunchy, red or white (see what I've done there) ketchup or mustard. Sometimes both. Fookin delishasssss man! A simple dish for a simple man.

I love steak but I buy 2 42oz rump steaks for when the bairns come over they love them, that’s a 16oz one so you can imagine a 42oz one.
Have you ever had florentine steak? Had it in Florence a couple years ago, it is served by the Kilo!

looks beautiful, i like the specifics of the authentic fiorentina cooking method, might try this at the weekend.
