Hot dogs all day, in a brioche bun. Lightly done onions still crunchy, red or white (see what I've done there) ketchup or mustard. Sometimes both. Fookin delishasssss man! A simple dish for a simple man.

Agree I always have ketchup and mustard on a hot dog, thought that was an unwritten law.
The ketchup and mustard are a must the hotdog sausage should be combined to the bin of s hit forever.
Each to their own Saff, agree with Rooch 're hot dog sausages tho, proper pork sausages is a must.
