yea 6ft by 4ft flags in this set. or perhaps not in feet as you "foreigners" use some other monjo jombo but it was 6 something 4 something.

That must be too big for one per seat surely. I'm well confused.

The board flag (s) are about 6'×4 ('probably a bit bigger) how many we get depends on how much we collect. Each one is about £100. We need volunteers to look after and display them.

The club are using the same design to make smaller banners which they'll put one on every home seat.

I'm gunna keep banging on here because no one else seems to be giving him a mention.

Gareth Roberts

Born in Hull. A one club man.

Captained us through two promotions, in what was one of the most successful and enjoyable to watch periods for the club. All after starting out during our slump to the fourth division.

Put simply, he was Mr Hull City for a decade. How many can claim all that lot.

On the other thread. It was suggested that flags we could carry in to the ground were a solution to the issues around hanging them in the stadium and gave us other options, such as away games. Those that replied mainly agreed, so for pragmatic reasons, I took that as a concensus.

The size lent itself to the images mauled posted on that thread. A double image is possible, but the image isn't as visible.

If there's a desire for something else, I reckon mauled could oblige. I think it could reduce the impact of the flags on seats the club are providing, but that's just my view.
I think everytime you describe the flags as small they sound like the hand held ones we got at Wembley when in reality they're of a decent size of 6 feet in lenght by foot feet tall

Aye, I'm realising that. I was relating it to the previous banners, but as you rightly point out, these are bigger than most in the ground. They'll certainly stand out, especially as we've much more flexibility on where to put them.

Subect to them liking mauled's draft, an individual is funding a Warren Joyce banner in total. I think that's superb, and a very good choice.

I'm off out shortly, but as soon as I can, I'll try to summarise where we're at.

So we're now choosing what will be third, after Ash and Warren Joyce, providing the funds run to it, obviously.

The individual in question has authorised the go-ahead for the Joyce flag

Hardly a robust count, but I reckon a joint Waggy and Chillo image is leading the chase should we be lucky enough to get enough for a third flag.

So, assuming my rough scan's right, we look to be making one last push to add a joint Waggy and Chillo banner to Warren Joyce and Ian Ashbee.

Do people agree with that?
