Good to be thought of as the underdog and written off at the other team's expense, but I think we'll be a better team and finish higher this season.
Man City for league. Even though Man U now have RVP it will take him time to blend in with Man U style.
Chelsea I think will do better than Arsenal though I'm hoping Arsenal's new signing's are a hit.
Relegation I think Fulham might struggle this season.
Hope Norwich do well for our Chrissie.

Newcastle have put together a quality now-proven premier league squad who mixed it with the big boys ALL season. Thus, 3rd isn't as "delusional" as you'd think adding favoured team-bias etc. And the Europa may be a non-starter as a problem because Pardew said he was concentrating on the league.
We've signed well and beaten someone who finished above us, and who got a point at ours last year... Already making points up on 3rd place

why do you have to bring it back to sunderland v newcastle .i was simply looking at some message boards and came across the idiot AB.Newcastle are well known within the game for a fair number of deluded fans.I thought many had seen the error of their ways following the relegation a couple of seasons ago but no like morlocks they appear at the sight of a little sucess.
Newcastle will not finish third i am willing to put money on it and anybody who thinks that are very deluded.Newcastle did very well last season on a skeleton squad and are still very skeletal when compared to the top 4 squads.So yes ab is deluded unless fat mike buys six top players for cover as it is a long season and you need big squads to go for top 4 consistantly.
i think sunderland will finish 9th,if we get three of the players rumoured rhen the dizzy heights of 6th or seventh are possible,but that would be a spectacular season for us and i think you had yours last year!

Look at the words and read them carefully. At no point did I say we would finish third, I said there's not a lot between Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and ourselves, and that we could be in the hunt for third. We've already beaten Spurs so that's a three point advantage over them already.
Anyway, it's what you call opinions, we're all entitled to them. It's not as if I came over onto your board shouting that we'd finish third, I was talking on the Toon board to Toon fans, some of whom are of the same opinion as myself that we could finish as high as third.
AB, he's probably oblivious to reason, considering my predicted league has us 6th 
Also, 3rd is just 2 places above where we finished last season...
